Creativity, Passion and The Community
Music, drama and danceWe want all our pupils to enjoy music and to that end we encourage them to learn to play an instrument or to sing in the school choir.
Many pupils come to us with a wonderful gift and wish to continue with individual music, drama or dance lessons, which can be arranged.
Drama is taught as part of the English curriculum. Pupils participate in local festivals and outside competitions with excellent results. In-school productions are always much anticipated and we welcome families and friends to enjoy these in our Austen Hall. Religious festivals are celebrated at the local church of St. John's. All pupils participate and we invite families and friends to join us for each event.
Sport
The close relationship between good physical health and academic attainment is well documented.
Wickham Court School encourages a diverse and challenging sporting programme that allows all pupils to find and enjoy the physical activity which best suits them.
On top of the normal sports offered, we plan for the distinguished sport of fencing to be enjoyed by Senior Department pupils soon.

Beyond the classroom
London is on our doorstep and therefore visits to museums, galleries and exhibitions are an integral part of school life.
Residential school journeys are also key elements of the Wickham Court Senior Department's programme.
We offer exciting learning and leisure opportunities in stimulating locations.
We introduce our pupils to the importance of being an honest and considerate citizen. The school is perfectly placed for pupils to become involved in the local community.
We not only fundraise for the school but also for several charities.
